We accept orders via email. Please send an email to sales@rareprintsgallery.com specifying the Item Code(s) and your shipping address. Please do not email your credit card information. Please call to give us your billing information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amercian Express, PayPal, check, or money order. When paying by check or money order, we wait for receipt of payment to ship prints.
We cannot accept Canadian money orders.
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $7.50. All domestic orders under $1,000 are sent via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless requested otherwise. Orders over $1,000 are sent via FedEx.
International shipping is a flat rate of $11.20 USD. International orders are sent via United States Postal Service Airmail unless requested otherwise. For orders over $1,000, please contact us for shipping charges; depending on the shipping destination and the weight of the package, a surcharge may apply.
All framed items are shipped via FedEx for the safety of the products. Due to numerous variables, including size, quantity, and destination, we will calculate charges on a per order basis. Please contact us for an estimate for shipping of your framed items.
All shipments are insured by our private insurance. The insurance is included in the shipping price.
Standard size items are shipped flat, placed in a plastic bag between several sheets of sturdy cardboard. Oversize items are shipped in a tube. As a personal challenge to your local carrier all items are stamped 'DO NOT BEND'. Framed prints will be surrounded by several layers of bubble wrap along with foam core for protection and shipped in a sturdy, appropriate-sized box with plenty of filling to hold them securely during transit.
All items are guaranteed as described. Any purchase may be returned for a full refund within 10 working days as long as it is returned in the same condition as sent. We request that we be notified of any return and that the items be shipped by the same method as sent. Upon our receipt of items we will issue you a full refund or credit.
Your name, shipping address, and billing address are saved in our system when you setup an account. Your credit card information is not saved. We will never share your information with anyone. We do occasionally send a newsletter informing customers of sales or new acquisitions. You may take your name off of our mailing list at any time; simply let us know you no longer wish to receive our emails.
