These six prints are stipple engravings printed in color from Giorgio Gallesio's Pomona Italiana ossia trattato degli Alberi Fruttiferi, or A Set of Six Grapes, feature rich and true-to-life illustrations of grapes. This work is considered "the only Italian rival to the great French and English works". Artists employed by Gallesio to complete the work include Isabella Bozzolini, Domenico Del Pino, Tommaso Sebastiani, and others.

The prints are on fine paper measuring approximately 12 3/4" by 19".
