Description of W. T. Greene's Parrots in Captivity
These beautifully colored lithographs are from W. T. Greene's Parrots in Captivity. The work was published in London by George Bell & Sons in 1884. Some of the text for this work was done by the Honorable Rev. F. G. Dutton. The artistry of each vibrantly colored bird image was later noted to be done or inspired by A. F. Lydon.
The prints are on fine woven paper measuring approximately 7" by 10".
