George Hand Wright's Copper Engravings
These rare plates are the actual engraved copper plates created by George Hand Wright (1872-1951)portraying New Orleans life. Wright's illustrations were published in several magazines including Century, Scribner's, Harper's, The Saturday Evening Post among others. He created the illustrations with a reporter's eye, which were often used for accompanying articles in the magazines. Sizes are listed on each product page.
